The site consists of four parcels of land known as F1-5, F1-4, F2-3, and F2-4 (from left to right / west to east) in the center of the Guangzhou Tienhe new city area directly adjacent to the “West Tower”. Satellite image taken in late 2006 / early 2007

Original masterplan design from 2005by L2ds (Hong Kong) and AJLA (Los Angeles). The building locations and massing was very tightly restricted by the Guangzhou planning authority. Materials for the exterior facade was also restricted to stone for 50% of the exterior.
原總體規劃從 2005年由 L2ds(香港)和AJLA(洛杉磯)設計。該建築的位置及集結有廣州市規劃局嚴謹的限制。外牆的用料也限於只有50%石材。

F1-5

The F1-5 parcel consists of a retail podium (5 floors above and 2 below) connecting directly into the new Guangzhou metro line, a 150 meter commercial office building, and a 65 meter lower commercial office block
其中F1 - 5地塊有一個零售平台(5層地上和2地下)直接連接到新的廣州地鐵二號線,一百五十米商業辦公樓及65米商業辦公大樓低座。

The facade of the F1-4 tower facing north, west and south was required to be 50% stone and have a simple classic character.

F1-4向北,西及南面的外牆要求同50%的石,形成簡單經典特性。

TVB Campus Improvements - construction in progress

 無線電視城改善工程進行中

Several improvement projects are under way on the TVB campus in Hong Kong including a new dance and photo studio as a roof top addition (in orange below) and a new theater and props storage facility (also in orange below).
香港無線電視城正進行幾項改善項目, 包括:新的舞蹈及影樓室加建屋頂(圖中橙色部份) 及一個新的劇場和道具儲存設施(同是橙色部份)。
